Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, specials, supplier deals, discounted pricing, and limited-time product campaigns advertised by B Cloud Technologies CC, including but not limited to HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Adobe, networking, software, hardware, accessories, and related ICT products.

1. Promotional Availability

All promotional offers are valid while stocks last and are subject to availability from B Cloud Technologies and/or our authorized suppliers and distribution partners.

B Cloud Technologies reserves the right to amend, withdraw, replace, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice where stock is depleted, pricing changes, supplier terms change, or an error has occurred.

2. Confirm Availability Before Ordering

Customers are required to confirm product availability with the B Cloud Technologies team before placing an order or making payment.

A product appearing on our website, quotation, social media page, email campaign, or promotional material does not guarantee that stock is immediately available at the time of enquiry or purchase.

3. Pricing and Quotations

All prices are subject to change without notice until a formal quotation has been issued and accepted.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude VAT, delivery, installation, configuration, support services, software subscriptions, or any additional service-related costs.

A quotation is only valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no validity period is stated, pricing should be confirmed directly with B Cloud Technologies before payment is made.

4. Orders and Payment

An order will only be processed once the customer has accepted the quotation and payment has been received in full, unless a written credit arrangement or purchase order agreement has been approved by B Cloud Technologies.

For promotional items, full payment is required before the order can be confirmed, reserved, or placed with the supplier.

B Cloud Technologies cannot guarantee stock availability where payment is delayed, even if a quotation has already been issued.

5. Minimum Order Quantities

Certain promotional items may be subject to a minimum order quantity as required by B Cloud Technologies or our suppliers.

Where a minimum order quantity applies, the customer will be advised before the order is confirmed.

6. Supplier-Dependent Promotions

Many promotional offers are based on supplier or distributor campaigns. As a result, pricing, stock availability, product specifications, warranty terms, lead times, and promotional conditions may be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.

B Cloud Technologies will make every reasonable effort to communicate these conditions clearly to customers before an order is finalized.

7. Product Specifications

Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product supplied, depending on supplier stock, model revisions, regional availability, or manufacturer updates.

Customers are encouraged to confirm the exact model, specifications, warranty, and included accessories with B Cloud Technologies before placing an order.

8. Lead Times and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, logistics, location, customs clearance, courier schedules, or other factors outside B Cloud Technologies' direct control.

Delivery, installation, configuration, and on-site support may attract additional charges unless clearly included in the quotation.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations on promotional items are subject to approval and may depend on supplier return policies.

Special-order items, license-based products, software subscriptions, opened products, configured devices, and items ordered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.

Any approved return may be subject to inspection, handling fees, supplier charges, or restocking fees.

10. Software, Licensing, and Subscriptions

Software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and digital products are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant vendor, including Microsoft, Adobe, antivirus vendors, cloud providers, and other software providers.

Once a license, subscription, or digital product has been provisioned, activated, assigned, or delivered, it may not be refundable or cancellable unless permitted by the vendor's policies.

11. Warranty

Product warranties are provided in accordance with the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms.

B Cloud Technologies will assist customers with warranty claims where applicable, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or credit remains subject to the manufacturer or supplier's assessment and policies.

Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, power surges, incorrect installation, software issues, negligence, or damage caused by third-party accessories or services.

12. Errors and Omissions

B Cloud Technologies makes every effort to ensure that promotional information, pricing, specifications, and availability details are accurate. However, errors may occur.

B Cloud Technologies reserves the right to correct any pricing, stock, description, specification, or promotional error without being obligated to honor incorrect information.

13. Business Customers

Promotional offers may be intended for business customers and may be subject to business verification, approved account status, supplier eligibility, credit approval, or other commercial requirements.

B Cloud Technologies reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where the customer does not meet the relevant supplier or promotional requirements.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery of promotional goods or services from B Cloud Technologies, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
